We opened the meeting with a game of finger jousting! Lexie and Brandon were our champions!

Hunter talked to us about Fine Arts Festival and let us know that we need help with our 3 booths!

Taycen talked about Night of Scenes and the upcoming productions that are about to come into work!

Tori begged you for pictures so, yeah.

Kaitlyn stressed the importance of our STAGE HANDS and urged us to get our parents to come!

Joe talked about upcoming Officer Elections, get excited!

Lexie let us know about Dinner Theatre, and the new price of tickets.

Our Golden Balloon winner was Sam.

October STAGE Meeting Minutes |
- Kaitlyn opened with the October game, in which all the grade levels made a costume out of newspaper on a chosen model. The freshman won!
- Taycen made sure everyone knew that outreaching to the community is a huge part of what we do. Fill those seats guys!
- Lexie congratulated everyone who was cast in The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, and encouraged everyone else to help out!
- Savannah told everyone to Follow us on Twitter and Like our Facebook!
- Blake begged us for pictures again, bring them in guys!
- Taycen talked about upcoming publicity crews for Putnam!
- Kaitlyn encouraged us to get our parents to the H.A.N.D.S meetings. We need their help!
- Joe let everyone know how much fun New York is, and told us how it isn’t too late to sign up!

September STAGE Meeting Minutes |
- Lexie talked about ushers needed for Over the River and Through the Woods, if you’d like to usher please speak to Lexie! Remember you get business points!
- Joe talked about the publicity run for Over the River and Through the Woods, and the crew ran after the meeting. Help us publicize and get people in seats guys!
- Kaitlyn told us about Sponsorships. She highlighted that they are a great way to cover your Musical Fee and that our departments runs on them, seeing as they are our only fundraiser. Remember that whoever decides to buy a sponsorship gets free tickets, a T-Shirt, and their name in the program.
- Hunter told us all about The New York Trip that STAGE is taking as a group this summer. The payment plan is laid on a blue handout below the callboard, along with an agenda of some of the tourist attractions that the trip will highlight. Remember that all money toward your trip goes in Mr. Cottom’s hands, no one elses!
- Joe informed us about Convention, and covered that all paperwork must be turned in by September 25, 2012, along with your first payment. If you would be interested in going, please pickup a packet from Joe. Convention is a great way to learn new skills, meet new thespians, and have tons of fun with other Tomball STAGE Thespians!
- Blake shared a lot of information on our upcoming show, Over the River and Through the Woods, which will run Sept. 20th – Sept. 24th in the Tomball Auditorium. We need many volunteers to get the show running, so please talk to an officer or director to get involved!
- Savannah let us know that auditions for the Fall Musical, “25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee”, had been moved to September 25th and 26th in the Black Box, with callbacks on the 27th. CD’s can be purchased from Ms. Law and packets can be picked up from Joe in the office.
- Kaitlyn let us know about STAGE H.A.N.D.S and how important it is for us to get our parents involved. H.A.N.D.S feeds us, deals with our scholarships, among many other things. The next meeting will be held Oct. 2nd and 7:00 in the black box. Get your parents here!
- Blake once again, begged for pictures. He won’t stop until slide show is perfect so bring in any pictures with STAGE kids on a CD or flashdrive and give them to Blake!
